The El Cortez Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas has introduced the Gambling Gourmet serving hungry customers on a streak, right at the tables or the slot machines. The Gambling Gourmet service offers appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers served on a cart, game-side. The service comes complete with china, silverware and a linen napkin. So you can continue to gamble. I wonder how many of these meals are being comped?
